Trade, Competition, and Market Rights Division

Part of Department of Enterprise, Trade, and Employment is responsible for bilateral trade development and market access development through the EU internal market and multilateral trade negotiations; preparation of legislation and provision of an efficient and effective intellectual policy regime; and improving the business environment for small business and services by putting small business and services to policy making.

Department of Finance

Has responsibility under statute for the administration of the public finances of Ireland, as well as for the promotion and coordination of economic and social planning.
