Vessels of Concern

Expeditors strictly prohibits its carriers, representatives, agents and any other person or entity that handles an Expeditors' shipment from utilizing or otherwise dealing with any Specially Designated National (SDN) or prohibited vessel as designated by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of Treasury. This includes, without limitation, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Lines (IRISL), its vessels, and any other vessel owned, operated or chartered by IRISL or by any other Iranian interests. A complete list of OFAC’s SDNs and prohibited vessels can be found at http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/sdn.

In addition to the vessels identified by OFAC, Expeditors also maintains its own list of entities and vessels of concern, which may not be used for any Expeditors' shipments. These are as follows:
