Supply Chain Resiliency

May 26

11:00am-12:00pm (UTC-06:00)

Webinar

Supply Chain disruptions have become the rule rather than the exception. We have seen this building for years, culminating in 2020 – probably the most challenging year for Supply Chains since at least since the Financial Crisis of 2008-2009, but maybe even farther back. Resiliency is the flexibility to adapt and recover from these sudden shocks to the Supply Chain. If your model is fixed, it may not adapt well and may put your entire company at risk.
Expeditors works with customers across the spectrum. We see models that do not adapt well and models that do. We want to share some of those learnings to help you create or increase resiliency in your Supply Chain. We will talk about the overall situation, what it means to create resiliency and demonstrate some best practices from your peer companies that we partner with. We hope to share some ideas to help you improve and be able to respond faster, easier, and more creatively for the next time. Because we all know there will be a next time...
