Timothy C. Barber
Executive Vice President
Europe
Tim started working in the international transportation industry in Chicago and San Francisco before moving to Seattle to join Expeditors in 1986. Tim has been an integral part of the successful leadership at Expeditors since the beginning of his career.
Tim joined Expeditors as an Import Manager at the Seattle branch. He was quickly promoted to District Manager and then Regional Vice President. He became Vice President of Global Sales in 1995 and led the rapidly growing worldwide professional sales team.
In 1998, Tim became Senior Vice President of Global Sales and was responsible for company-wide sales and marketing strategies, sales training, and worldwide business development. He excelled in this role and simultaneously stayed focused on sustaining growth and supporting the development of people and services.
From 1999 through 2007, Tim was the Executive Vice President of Global Sales until his appointment to President of Sales & Marketing in 2008. Tim’s creation and development of a professional sales program, a best in class account management program and many other impactful programs contributed to the overall success of the company.
As Executive Vice President of Europe, Tim is responsible and accountable for Expeditors‘ European network and operations. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position, along with boundless energy and competitiveness.
Blake R. Bell
President
Global Services
Blake began his career with Expeditors in 1995 as a District Sales Executive in Seattle. He won the President’s Club award for sales in 1997 and spent five years in this position. In January 2001, he was promoted to District Manager of Salt Lake City. His accomplishments eventually led to his promotion to District Manager of Los Angeles in January 2005. Blake served in this role for ten years before becoming Regional Vice President of the Southwest U.S., where he oversaw sales and operations in the region.
In 2015, Blake became a member of Expeditors’ Senior Leadership team when he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Transcon. After leading this product for seven years, he was promoted to President of Global Products. In January 2024, Blake became the President of Global Services, overseeing business development, customer retention, personnel development and safety, and many value-add solutions.
Blake is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and an IATA/FIATA certificate holder. He is an executive sponsor for several of Expeditors’ largest accounts, is actively involved with the company’s procurement process, as well as the development of other service solutions. Additionally, Blake proudly served as a sponsor for the company’s Management Trainee program to help develop future leaders during his tenure as District Manager and Regional Vice President.
Kelly Blacker

Global Products
Kelly’s career began in 1994 as a receptionist at Expeditors’ corporate headquarters in Seattle. Her leadership potential was recognized early on, and in 1996, she entered the Management Trainee program. In 1998, Kelly relocated to New York and focused on business development in the Middle East and the United States, traveling extensively to support further collaboration between the two regions. In 2000, her contributions in this capacity were recognized with a promotion to Branch Manager of New York.
After six years in New York, Kelly was promoted to District Manager of Columbus, Ohio, in 2004 and then served as the District Manager in Memphis, Tennessee, beginning in 2007. Her operational, fiscal, and leadership achievements in these positions paved the way for her to take on one of Expeditors’ most extensive gateway operations in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2011. She was then promoted to Regional Vice President of the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region in 2015, where she led a successful team of more than 500 logistics professionals.
In 2020, Kelly became a member of our Senior Leadership team when she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Air, where she was responsible for advancing air cargo solutions and carrier relationships worldwide. She was promoted to President of Global Products in January 2024, and oversees the development of Expeditors’ core transportation products and service offerings.
Kelly is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, IATA/FIATA Certified, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Leadership and Japanese from the University of Puget Sound. She is passionate about developing future leaders and sponsors Expeditors’ global employee engagement initiative as well as being actively involved in cultivating service provider and customer partnerships.
Benjamin G. Clark

Chief Strategy Officer
Ben Clark joined Expeditors in 2015 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and became Senior Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer in 2020. Before joining Expeditors, Ben was Executive Vice President & General Counsel of the Dematic Group, a privately held materials automation company. Preceding that role, he held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Celanese Corp., a Dallas-based chemicals and engineered materials manufacturer. Before Celanese, Ben held a variety of positions within the Honeywell Aerospace division. He gained more responsibility in each role, and ultimately culminated as its Vice President and General Counsel of Global Operations.
Ben began his executive career over 20 years ago, and has served in a variety of leadership roles in the aerospace, chemical, and materials automation industries. He is a Six Sigma black belt and is a strong believer in continuous process improvement within the legal industry.
A Denver native, Ben earned his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Yale College and his law degree from Harvard Law School. He is based at the corporate headquarters of Expeditors in Seattle, Washington, and enjoys skiing, diving, piano and math.
Jeffrey F. Dickerman

General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Jeffrey F. Dickerman joined Expeditors in October 2004 as Associate Corporate Counsel and was promoted to Corporate Counsel in 2007. In 2009, Mr. Dickerman moved to Expeditors’ regional headquarters in London, United Kingdom where he was primarily responsible for overseeing all legal matters in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In 2011, Mr. Dickerman was promoted to Director, Global Legal Services and then made Vice President and Associate General Counsel in 2015. In 2019, Mr. Dickerman was promoted to Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. In January 2020, Mr. Dickerman returned to Expeditors’ headquarters in Seattle, Washington and became Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining Expeditors, Mr. Dickerman was an Associate Attorney at Stoel Rives LLP.
Karl Francisco

Global Air
Karl started his career at Expeditors as a document runner in the Los Angeles office in 1984. He quickly became a Customs Brokerage Agent and then the Brokerage Supervisor. In 1992, Karl became the Import Manager and was promoted to District Manager of our Los Angeles location in 1994. After five years as District Manager, he became the Regional Vice President of the Southwest U.S. in 1999, where he was responsible for sales and operations in the region. In 2014, Karl was promoted to Senior Vice President of North America, overseeing the Western U.S., Mexico, and Southern Border district offices. Throughout his time in district and regional management roles, he was acutely focused on developing and mentoring future leaders in the organization.
In 2017, Karl moved to Seattle when he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Ocean and became a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He was responsible for strengthening partnerships with global and regional steamship lines and product development. After serving in this position for six years, Karl was promoted to the Senior Vice President of Global Air in February 2024, where he oversees air cargo solutions and strengthening carrier relationships. His forty years of logistics experience, expert management skills, geographical expertise, and positive attitude all contribute to his visionary leadership of the Global Air team.
Karl is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and IATA/FIATA certified. He is an active leader on company steering committees, is an executive sponsor for many of Expeditors’ largest accounts, and an integral leader of our service provider procurement program.
Steven J. Grimmer

Account Management
Steven Grimmer is a proven leader at Expeditors through dedication and excellence in the global marketplace. In the position of Senior Vice President of Account Management, he displays vision in order to create a strategic direction for Expeditors Account Management program.
A New Jersey native, Steve began his career in international transportation at the Expeditors Newark office and later moved to Seattle in 2004 to head Expeditors Account Management team.
Joining Expeditors in the Newark/New York region as a Sales Executive, he advanced to Operations Manager. He relocated in 2000 to the Baltimore office in the role of District Manager. From there, he was appointed to lead the Global Account Management program in Seattle.
In the four years as District Manager of the Baltimore office, Steve relied on his sales and management accomplishments and honed his leadership skills. He led branch development and productivity to exceed goals, continuously staying focused on sustaining growth and supporting the development of people and services. In Steve's current role of Senior Vice President of Account Management, his dedication, and commitment is evident by ensuring Account Management programs are customized globally to the specific needs of each customer. His motivation to get the job done in a dynamically changing marketplace allows him to succeed at achieving goals of exceptional Account Management at every level.
Adam Kord
Senior Vice President
Global Ocean
Adam began his career with Expeditors in 1998 in a customer support role in Chicago. After four years of managing operations and supporting customers, Adam went on to hold positions in Sales and Account Management. He returned to operations in 2004 when he started North America's first Order Management department. From there, he spent the next eleven years in product management roles in Ocean and Order Management. In 2015, Adam became the Director of Ocean Cargo Services for North and South America and relocated to Seattle in early 2016. He was promoted to Director of Global Ocean in 2023, where he displayed expert leadership and communication skills.
In February 2024, Adam became the Senior Vice President of Global Ocean and a member of our Senior Leadership team. He is responsible for developing Ocean cargo services and strengthening relationships with steamship lines worldwide.
Adam is IATA certified, a licensed customs broker, and holds an MBA from Seattle University.
Murali Krishnamurthy
Senior Vice President
Middle East, Africa,
& Indian Subcontinent
Murali Krishnamurthy has over 25 years of experience in the logistics industry and has grown through the ranks. He has held Sales, Operations and Management roles in his career and is now part of the Senior Management team in Expeditors.
Murali started his career over 25 years ago in Chennai, India as a Sales Executive with a large Indian company and was posted in the freight forwarding division. He spent the next 4 years in Sales and Operations role in various cities in India. Murali joined Expeditors as the first District Manager of Chennai office in 1997 when the district was opened. He then moved into the role of Regional Vice President for India and relocated to Delhi. He was instrumental in expanding the network of offices across India, established new services and also hired and developed key managers, many of whom currently hold important positions in India and the region.
Murali was given the responsibility of the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent region in 2015 and relocated to Dubai. In his current role, he is responsible for the Operations in the existing network of offices in the region and for possible expansion into Africa in the coming years.
Murali has been married for over 20 years and has a teenaged daughter. He, his wife, and daughter live in Dubai.
Khoon Ling Lim

Khoon Ling began her career at the Land Transport Authority of Singapore and was involved in design of road/rail infrastructure projects as well as the development and implementation of transport technology.
She subsequently joined Singapore Airlines in its Network Revenue Management Department. In this headquarter role, Khoon Ling worked closely with the regions to support their sales and marketing efforts while optimizing revenue for the airline.
She joined Expeditors International of Washington, Inc., as Regional Management Associate in 2004. Upon graduation as a Management Associate, she was involved in the Company’s Route Development Program in Singapore and she later moved on to head the Singapore Sales and the Air Export Department. In 2008, she was promoted to Country Manager & General Manager overseeing Expeditors’ operations in Singapore.
Embracing the Company’s philosophy and goals, Khoon Ling continues her focus on employees’ professional development, the growth of the Company’s business and establishing good long-term relationship with the Company’s business partners and customers.
In 2013, she was appointed as Regional Vice President, Southeast Asia, and in 2015, Senior Vice President, South Asia. Today, Khoon Ling is responsible for the operations of all offices within the South Asia Pacific region.
Her passion away from work includes reading and spending time with her family. Khoon Ling is married with two young children.
Khoon Ling holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (1st class Honors) with Minor in Business from the National University of Singapore.
Dana L. Lorenze

Global Customs
Dana Lorenze is responsible for the policy, structure, and strategy of Expeditors Global Customs product. She has extensive experience in international trade, compliance, and operations, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Customs at Expeditors Headquarters in Seattle, WA.
Dana joined Expeditors in January 1995 in the Los Angeles office. She has held numerous positions including District Sales Manager, Customs & Import Manager, and District Manager of Expeditors Salt Lake City and Portland. In 2011, she relocated to Seattle as Director of Global Customs, further developing Expeditors Global Customs offering worldwide.
She holds a B.S. in International Business with a minor in Political Science from the University of Colorado and obtained a certificate in Executive Leadership from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Dana is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and IATA/FIATA certified “with Distinction” and currently serves as a member of the Private Sector Consultative Group to the World Customs Organization. She has previously served as a Director on the Board of the Foreign Trade Association of Southern California and is currently a Trustee on the Board of Directors for the Arts Fund.
Robert A. Martinez

The Americas
Robert graduated from the University of Mount Union with a BA in International Business and Economics. In 2003, he joined Expeditors in Customs Brokerage as a Customer Service Representative in Laredo, TX. He then became a Management Trainee in 2004 in Dallas, TX. After graduating from the Management Trainee program, Robert became the District Manager in McAllen, TX and then was promoted to the Distribution Manager in El Paso, TX in 2011.
Robert was given the opportunity to become the District Manager in El Paso, TX in 2013. Under Robert’s leadership, El Paso was awarded District of the Year in The Americas and Global District of the Year for the network in 2016. In 2017, he became the Regional Director of Mexico and was promoted to Regional Vice President, Mexico and Southern Border. in 2019. In this role, Robert did a great job working with the network and developing the region while dealing with challenging situations.
Robert was promoted to Senior Vice President of The Americas in October 2023. His knowledge, experience, and standing in the network combined with his focus on improving customer service and productivity through process management are key reasons he is a proven leader at Expeditors.

Jose Eduardo Molina

Jose graduated from Saint Mary's University with a B.A. in International Business and a minor in Biology and Chemistry. He joined Expeditors in 1997 as a Brokerage Agent in our Laredo, TX district as we expanded our presence on the Southern border. Not long after starting at Expeditors, Jose obtained his Customs Broker License in 1998.
In 2000, he was promoted to District Manager in McAllen, TX, followed by District Manager in El Paso, TX in 2005. There, Jose helped build one of the network's most extensive distribution and warehousing operations. Jose became the District Manager in Houston, TX in 2013 and was promoted to Regional Vice President of the U.S. Southwest in 2015. In 2016, he was given the opportunity to lead the Management Trainee program in The Americas, which aligns with his passion for developing employees.
Jose's distribution knowledge, experience managing one of our largest regions, and many leadership roles in different districts throughout his 25+ years at Expeditors make him an ideal Global Distribution leader.
Jeffrey S. Musser
President and
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Musser was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2013. Prior to this promotion Mr. Musser was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Mr. Musser began his career with Expeditors in 1983 working part time as a messenger. He spent the first 22 years of his career in progressively responsible roles in the field in both operations and brokerage. This included ten years spent as the District Manager of one of Expeditors’ largest branches. His accomplishments in San Francisco resulted in his promotion to Regional Vice President of the Northwest region where he oversaw all sales and operations with approximately 450 employees. He spent nine years as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer rounding out his broad and seasoned leadership profile. He also acted as the corporate sponsor for several of the Company’s biggest accounts.
Mr. Musser has extensive knowledge and expertise in the global logistics field. He is a licensed US Customs Broker and also holds an IATA/FIATA Certificate. His unique portfolio consists of both field and global corporate leadership responsibilities and his background in the increasingly critical information technology discipline makes him exceptionally well-qualified to lead Expeditors into the future. He embodies and values Expeditors’ culture and will continue to reinforce its importance for the success of the Expeditors.
Mr. Musser is married with two children. He enjoys watching his son play football for the SMU Mustangs and attending his daughter’s equestrian events. Some of his other hobbies include snow skiing, fly fishing and the occasional round of golf.
Bradley S. Powell

Chief Financial Officer
Bradley S. Powell joined Expeditors as Chief Financial Officer in October 2008 and was elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2012. Prior to joining Expeditors, Mr. Powell served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Eden Bioscience Corporation, a publicly-traded biotechnology company, from December 2006 to September 2008 and as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from July 1998 to December 2006.
Kanny Satar

Global Transcon
Kanny was promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Transcon in May 2023. In this position, Kanny is responsible for all aspects of the development and execution of our Global Transcon, the company’s domestic and Ground Network Services transportation offering.
Kanny began his career with Expeditors in 2004 working in the electronic data integration department at the corporate headquarters in Seattle. In 2006, he was accepted into the Management Trainee program, a 12-month cross-training program designed to develop future leaders. As a Management Trainee, Kanny spent time in our Atlanta, Miami, and Seattle offices learning our systems, products and services. In 2008, he moved to Houston to become a District Sales Executive where he made significant contributions to the rapid growth of the Houston district. In 2010 he was promoted to lead the Houston Sales team as the District Sales Manager. In 2016, Kanny was promoted to Director of Sales for The Americas region and moved back to our corporate headquarters in Seattle. In this role, he brought together the leadership of Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Vertical Programs, Technology Solutions Teams, and Country Route Development functions to achieve greater cohesion and performance. Kanny was then promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing for The Americas in January 2021. Over the course of his career, Kanny has built a culture of growth and accountability in his leadership.
Kanny lives in the Seattle area with his wife Cynthia.
J. Jonathan Song

Global Sales & Marketing
In the position of Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing, Jonathan is responsible for directing, coordinating and supporting company sales and marketing functions.
While still in school, Jonathan began his career in logistics for a global logistics company in Charlotte, NC. After earning his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Jonathan was relocated to several cities in the U.S., holding various management positions, including District Manager, Trade Lane Manager, and Director of Corporate Customers.
Jonathan joined Expeditors in 1999 to relocate back to Asia as Director of Account Management for Expeditors' Asia Region. In 2002, Jonathan took on a new role as Director of Sales & Marketing for Asia region. In 2010, Jonathan was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Asia Pacific region.
After spending 15 years in Asia based in Seoul, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, in June 2014, Jonathan was promoted to his current role as Senior Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing and relocated back to the United States. Jonathan recently completed the Executive Leadership Program at Seattle University.
Jose A. Ubeda

Jose Ubeda joined Expeditors in 1984, age 17, at the San Francisco office. He transferred to Seattle in 1991 to become the Seattle Branch Air and Ocean Export Manager.
In 1993, Jose earned the role as District Manager of the Detroit office followed by a promotion to Regional Manager of the Northern Border in 1996. In 2000, Jose reached another milestone in his career with a promotion to Regional Vice President for the North Central Region. He later became the Regional Vice President of the Northwest region in 2008.
In 2010 Jose joined the executive leadership team, assuming the role of Senior Vice President of Global Air. While in that capacity, Jose was primarily responsible for the development and growth of our international air product, and also serves on the Cargo Network Services advisory board in support of the airfreight industry.
In May 2020, Jose’s proven record of accomplishment was recognized with the appointment to a new role as Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions, leading the development, deployment, sales and operations of Expeditors’ full suite of digital solutions. This position will play a critical role in delivering technology solutions designed to improve our customers’ logistics and supply chain strategies. Jose’s embodiment of the Expeditors culture, combined with his operational process management skills and his experience in sales and customer service, bring a unique portfolio of talents and abilities to the Executive team.
Jose is passionate about the development and support of opportunity youth. He leads the Opportunity Knocks program at Expeditors, which offers paid internships for opportunity youth to increase confidence, skills and job readiness with potential for long-term careers. He also sits on the Puget Sound board of directors at Year Up and on the national board of directors of Cristo Rey. He hopes to inspire in the young people with whom he works the same qualities that have served him so well in life: commitment, resilience, accountability, and integrity.
Daniel R. Wall

Global Geographies
Dan started his career in Seattle as a messenger responsible for clients’ customs documents in 1987. He transitioned to take on various operational roles in airfreight and customs brokerage before serving as the District’s Import Supervisor. In 1992, Dan was promoted to District Manager of Denver and won Quality Branch of the Year in 1995 due to his clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
In 1996, Dan became a Project Manager in Detroit and managed the Central Process Center. A year later, he was named District Manager of Seattle, which also went on to win Quality Branch of the Year in 1999 and Global Branch of the Year in 2000. With a passion for customer service and a focus on developing those around him, Dan continued to hone his leadership skills. From March 2002 to December 2004, he was the Global Director of Account Management, responsible for developing and retaining top global accounts. He was selected to be Vice President of Order Management in January 2004 and Senior Vice President of Ocean Services in September 2004. In 2015, Dan was promoted to President of Global Products and oversaw many of Expeditors’ core transportation and service offerings. He became the President of Global Services in 2023 before becoming the President of Global Geographies in 2024. In this position, Dan leads district offices and employees in over 100 countries and manages global, regional, and local operational processes and efficiencies.
Dan is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker, IATA/FIATA certified, and earned an Executive MBA from Seattle University. Among his notable accomplishments, Dan was instrumental in launching Expeditors’ Environmental program and creating Opportunity Knocks, which provides paid internships and work studies to underserved youth and young adults, and Opportunity Knocks for Veterans, a recruiting program for those who served in the United States military.
Allen Wang
Senior Vice President
North Asia
Allen began his career with Expeditors in the accounting department at the company headquarters in Seattle, Washington in July 2002. He moved to Hong Kong to lead the development, implementation and support of the company’s accounting system and processes for all of Asia in 2003.
In 2005 he moved to Shanghai where his scope of responsibility expanded to regional finance and operations. He was promoted to a geographic management role in 2010 as District Manager of Beijing. During his tenure as District Manager, he played an active role in spearheading the Shanghai Regional Building Project in the newly developed economic area near the Hongqiao Airport. The state of the art oce and logistics warehouse facility complex was successfully completed in 2012.
With his wealth of knowledge ranging from finance, operations, and geographic management, Allen was next promoted to Regional Vice President. In his current capacity as the Senior Vice President of North Asia, his core responsibilities are overseeing the business operations and the products and services of North Asia, which is comprised of China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Prior to joining Expeditors, Allen served in the Taiwan Army and worked for KPMG at the Assurance and Financial Services Group in Taiwan.
Additionally, he holds a Master of Finance from the University of Illinois. In 2001, he also obtained a New York State Certified Public Accountant License. He has achieved Chartered Financial Analyst Levels 1 and 2 as well.
Allen is currently based in Shanghai where he enjoys swimming, skiing, and playing golf during his free time.
Michelle D. Weaver
Senior Vice President
Global Order Management
Michelle assumed the role of Senior Vice President in October 2015. She is primarily responsible for the development and growth of our Order Management product, which includes customer consolidation and supply chain services.
Like many at Expeditors, Michelle began her career as an office assistant in the Ocean Import Department in our Seattle branch in 1993. During her tenure at Expeditors, she has held various positions throughout our branch and our Corporate Ocean and Order Management teams, including the Director of Order Management, the Director of Ocean Export, and, most recently, the Vice President of Ocean Cargo Services for the Americas.
For over 25 years, Michelle has developed a strong Expeditors background. Her dedication to our Expeditors culture, her deep expertise in operational management, and her commitment to delivering exceptional customer service brings a unique set of skills & leadership to our Order Management product.
Michelle lives on Bainbridge Island with her husband and two children.
Craig L. Wilwerding

Since the start of his career at Expeditors, it has been Craig’s mission to set a workplace standard of consistency, excellence, and professionalism. These unwavering ideals are the core of Global Operations’ rapid growth. Because of this commitment and vision, Craig was hand selected in 2015 to lead the newly created Global Business Operations department as its Senior Vice President. He and his team are committed to delivering world class operational efficiency in our service offerings, which will result in unparalleled value to our customers, creating a competitive advantage for Expeditors.
Craig was born and raised in Iowa, moving to Chicago to launch his career with Expeditors in 1991. He received his Customs Brokerage License in 1993 and later his MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School in 2002. Craig advanced rapidly in his career. He assumed the role of District Manager of the Centralized Processing Center in Detroit in 1997 and was subsequently promoted to Branch Manager of Chicago in 1999. In 2005, Craig left the cold winters of Chicago and welcomed the hot summers of Atlanta, where he again took on the role of District Manager, this time in a cornerstone oce. His proven leadership and superior financial results in his previous roles made him a natural choice to lead the Mid-Atlantic region as Regional Vice President in 2011. In 2015, Craig packed up his family again and headed to Seattle to lead the Global Business Operations department as its Senior Vice President.
