Modificaciones Recientes a la Ley 28008 de los Delitos de Contrabando y Defraudación de Rentas de Aduanas

Leg N° 1542 se ha modificado la Ley de Delitos Aduaneros, aprobada por la Ley N° 28008, siendo de resaltar la de regulación de los tipos penales de contrabando y defraudación de rentas de aduanas de manera independiente; establecer un monto mínimo de perjuicio fiscal, en función de la UIT, para que un hecho sea considerado como delito de defraudación de rentas; siendo esta norma aplicable a los importadores, exportadores y Operadores de CX.
